Function Key Actions:

F1              Displays HELP text.

F5              Allows user to add physicians and diagnostic codes.

F8              Lists available diagnosis.

F9              Lists available physician names.

F0  (F10)   Displays general information such as facility name, date, day of the
                 week time and number of clients on file.
