The Royal Families
Knowing that most of us would find it fascinating to have a member of any Royal family in our trees, I present this compilation. Its origin is in the file that Michael Dalley Lewis sent me several years ago. In examining Michael's data I found that some dates did not make sense and went to my trusty 1988 Encyclopaedia Britannica for more information. This led me to purchasing a subscription to Britannica On-Line where I have spent many hours gathering data to correct, add to and otherwise amend the original entries.
As with all other compilations that I present, I make no claims as to authenticity. Other than that of my direct line, I have no proof of any data. While some of it seems plausible, I leave the responsibility of proving the truth to each person. I have source document originals and copies of some data and will gladly mail copies of these to interested individuals. When a seeming connection is made, I urge each to start digging for the real, positive, and tangible records that will make that connection reality and not mere speculation.
