Testimonies relating to the applications of the Raper familiesindicate that this Mary Wilson was a "near Full Blood" Cherokee womanand had a Cherokee name of "Haggar, or something similar". Mary mayalso have had a brother, "or cousin", known as John Wilson, orAyah-se-wah.
