His son, Daniel is found in Stamford, CT - Vital Records recorded as"David Slason", son of Thomas and Sarah Slason, however, his wife,Sarah, stated on 26 Aug 1710, that Thomas died without issue. It isprobable that this son was the product of Sarah's second marriage toJabez Smith, as future records indicate the child "Daniel or David"as "Smith". Reasonable assessment of this fact is that Thomas Slawsondied 30 Mar 1710; Daniel or David Slawson, was born exactly one yearlater on 30 Mar 1711, which would place the child as a product ofSarah's second marriage to Jabez Smith, even though the child was bornone month prior to Sarah's marriage to Jabez Smith. Daniel or Davidis annotated as a son of Thomas based on the Stamford, CT - VitalRecords.
